Test Automation Developer

The Test Automation Developer will be a member of the Quality Assurance department and report to the Quality Assurance Manager. An ideal candidate will use their passion for technology to develop software testing plans. This individual will also be responsible for designing and running automation tests.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and executing test scripts Ranorex / Visual Studio.
• Developing software testing framework using C#, .Net, and other programming languages.
• Creating and documenting application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications.
• Building on existing applications to enhance automated testing abilities.
• Detecting and reporting software failures in order to discover defects and make the necessary corrections.
• Collaborating with members of the Forms and Development departments to customize and test products as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience using C#, .Net Framework, SQL, Git.
• Automated testing software experience.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Working knowledge of Ranorex studio.
• Familiarity with emerging web platforms, including progressive web applications, network optimization, and service workers.
• Experience with C++ and Microsoft Foundation Class Library (MFC).
