Helpdesk Support Technician


Job Description Summary:

We are seeking intelligent, well spoken, detailed applicants for a full time position (8am-5pm M-F) in our support department. During the months of December - March you may be asked to extend normal hours depending on team work load. The month of January is an exception; overtime is required. We are a local software company who provides electronic payroll reports and eFiling services to customers nationwide.  We strive to provide exceptional customer support in a timely and professional manner.

This position involves:

    • Answering incoming calls, email and chat at our incoming support center
    • Disseminating accurate information to the customer to ensure positive user experience
    • Communicate with managers/leads trends in support issues
    • Participate in team meetings to enhance and improve our product based on feedback received from customer 

      correspondence
    • Testing and troubleshooting our product, problem solving

Software Developer


Job Description Summary:

Responsible for creating various software applications for the 2015 Premier IT Business in ND, Aatrix  Software, Inc.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop software in C, C++, C#, Java and/or .Net.
  • Update existing applications and develop new applications.
  • Document Source Codes.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience with multithreading and observer model design patterns.
  • Experience with .NET framework preferable.
  • Some knowledge of C++ and MFC would be helpful.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Word.

 


 

Efile Center Support/Processor


Job Description Summary:

We are seeking intelligent, well spoken, detailed applicants for a full time position (8am-5pm M-F) in our eFile Center. During the months of December, January, April, July and October you may be asked to extend normal hours depending on team work load. The month of January is an exception; overtime is required. We are a local software company who provides electronic payroll reports and eFiling services to customers nationwide.  We strive to provide exceptional customer support in a timely and professional manner.

This position involves:

  • Processing incoming Tax Reports as received by customers to the appropriate Tax Agency in a timely and efficient manner
  • Programming for automating Tax Report Filing
  • Validating Reports and Payments were processed timely and accurately
  • Answering incoming calls, email and chat through our eFile Center Support Center
  • Disseminating accurate information to the customer to ensure positive user experience for escalated issues
  • Communicating with managers/leads trends in eFile Processing Errors
  • Participating in team meetings to enhance and improve our product based on feedback received from customer correspondence
  • Testing and troubleshooting our product, problem solving

Test Automation Developer


Job Description Summary:

Responsible for creating automated tests on computer applications to isolate and solve issues, initiates tests, analyzes results, and document and report anomalies and issues.

To make sure that testing is well defined, planned and executed. The developer does this by ensuring that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live. 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test scripts in Ranorex.
  • Develop software testing framework in C# using .Net.
  • Extend existing applications to enhance automated testing ability.
  • Record, analyze, document and compare to expected results and distribute statistical information.
  • Detect and report software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected.
  • Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience with multithreading and observer model design patterns.
  • Experience with .NET framework.
  • Automated testing software experience (Ranorex, Sikuli, etc.)
  • C# or similar languages such as Java.
  • Some knowledge of C++ and MFC would be helpful.
