Mandatory Quarterly Updates are set on March 20th, June 20th, September 20th, and December 20th. On these specific dates, the forms will automatically expire and disable eFiling until an update has been completed.
We strongly recommended checking for form updates on a regular basis between these dates. Automatic updates can take place on a weekly basis, especially during the year-end filing period. These updates ensure that we provide the most current federal and state forms to maintain compliance.
Note: If you are unable to eFile a report, it may be due to the form not being up-to-date. If a report has been saved in history, and then updated after, run the report as new, since the saved form will no longer be up-to-date. If you are having troubles with the update process, please direct the companies IT staff to http://updates.aatrix.com.
