Confirmation Email Not Received

What to do if you are not receiving emails from Aatrix.

If an email confirmation has not been received it may be due to the security settings applied to your inbox.

In order to receive email confirmations in the future, add,,, and to your address book. Contact your IT staff or email provider to ensure anything with is not blocked or filtered.

Another option is to go to, and log in. Once logged in, choose the "Inbox" tab to access the emails sent to the contact on file. There is also a "Filings" tab to review the submissions eFiled to Aatrix.
