Upgrading my eFile Package

If a package has been purchased but you need to upgrade, a pro-rated fee will be charged through the end of the existing package. 
 

    • Navigate to the "Packages" tab.
    • Navigate to the "Package Purchase" menu by one of the following ways.
      • Option 1: Navigate to the "Companies" tab and select "Click here" located below your company name on the right side of the page.
      • Option 2: Navigate to the "Pricing" tab and click on "Select a Company and Package" located above or at the bottom right of the page.
    • Off to the right choose the Upgrade Package Section.
      • Select the package you wish to upgrade to.
      • Click "Add Selected Upgrade to Cart".

Upgrading my eFile Package

    • Once added proceed to the shopping cart or, if there are multiple companies enrolled under one username and password, repeat the steps to purchase a package for each company.
    • Proceed to the shopping cart. Enter in credit card information to purchase the upgraded package.
