Question: My checks are 3 per page and I will print the checks from Quickbooks. How do I get a paycheck stub for my employees?
Answer: Follow the instructions below.
- First, go to "Employee Information" and then to the File menu.
- Under "Checkforms", select the "Aatrix LC97U Laser".
- When you process the payroll, make sure that the "Print Check" box is marked for employees being paid and print on plain paper what would be a check.
You can cut off the bottom stub to give to the employee with the check you print from Quickbooks.
- The top copy of what would have been the check and the paycheck stub that printed can be kept on file by the company.
