Question: My Tax Table subscription expired and have since renewed and entered the new code, but taxes are not calculating. How do I get them to calculate?
- To have the taxes for payroll to calculate in "Pay Employees", click on the "Skip Step" button and skip through all of the steps, then click "Done' in the last step to reset the process.
- Go back to "Pay Employees", enter the "Pay Period Ending Date" and click "Continue".
- "Verify" that the taxes are now calculating.
- If you will not be processing payroll be sure to click "Skip Step" and skip through all of the steps, then click "Done" in the last step so that the process is reset for the next payroll.
